I require two separate structural evaluations along with professional reports. 1. Storm Damage Inspection: I need an assessment of storm damage to my Starstruck Farm property, which involves both commercial and agricultural buildings. This inspection should comprehensively cover: - Roof integrity - Foundation stability - Structural framing The report should support my insurance adjuster's findings. 2. Certificate of Occupancy Inspection: I also need an inspection of another building to obtain a certificate of occupancy. This report must address: - Safety compliance - Building code adherence - Utilities inspection The ideal candidate for this project should be a certified structural engineer with experience inspecting commercial and agricultural buildings. They should be able to provide detailed, professional reports. Prior experience working with insurance claims is a plus.
