Rooftop Structural Engineering for Mixed-Use

I'm seeking a seasoned structural engineer to help plan a rooftop addition on a commercial mixed-use building.

Key Requirements:

- Review and modify existing architectural plans for the addition of a penthouse on the rooftop

- Create comprehensive, stamped plans compliant with South Dakota regulations

- Bring innovative solutions to potential structural challenges

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in structural engineering, particularly for commercial buildings

- Previous work on rooftop additions highly regarded

- Familiarity with South Dakota building codes essential

- Stamping authority in South Dakota a must
