I'm in need of a talented professional to elevate the presentation of my zoning and planning drawings created in Revit for a commercial project. This task requires preparing the drawing plans and elevations for our first conceptual meeting with the client, with a strong emphasis on landscaping and outdoor features. The ideal freelancer will have a keen eye for design and a solid understanding of Revit, as well as experience in creating visually appealing and functional commercial planning drawings. Key Tasks: - Finalize the presentation of drawing plans and elevations and create sheets for all levels and a couple of shots for the elevations, including color schemes, grids ... etc. - Integrate walkways with kerbstone, 2 drop-off areas for both the commercials retail area and the hall, and outdoor seating and tables for the restaurant with some shades. - Add greenery and flowers to the terraces on the elevation - Design a landscape for the outdoor walkway areas, featuring trees and natural ponds - Enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of the drawings The perfect candidate for this project will be one who can seamlessly blend functionality with beauty, creating a set of plans that not only serve their purpose but also impress our client. Experience in landscape design and commercial planning is a significant advantage. It's important to represent the work in Revit so we can continue moving forward easily.
