Hello, First of all, the link you provided opens a video of 01:04, thus being difficult to see where the sound falls around minute 17. And most important, the video provided has no sound at all. I might be able to make the sound cleaner using some professional effects meant to clean undesired noises and to bring back the wanted audio signal- but before i can do a sample for you i need the proper edit with working sound. 1) let me explain this scenario to you first of all no professional audio designers or audio engineer or producers will ever go for Adobe's Audio platform. not saying that Adobe's softwares are not good. but as someone who is working as Sound designer. and have experience and expertise in sound devices and handling sync sound recording. I would never suggest Adobe's platform. 2) you have enhanced the audio from the camera. (I.e a camera has a condenser microphone which is gonna pickup everything) which means you have increased the GAIN of the audio clip-- which definitely results in boost of wind and ambient noises to be loud. which is now distorting. now here let me tell you there are noises that can be cleared. but as per your requirement I don't see another option other than you have to RE-RECORD or you have to DUB it. honestly and very clearly let me conclude every work one present or put out they want it to be the best like a good production, So what I would ask you to do is, do a voice over dub. if you need any help just reach out. Hi there. I had worst problems than this one that I fixed in my TEDxAuckland Audio Post production sessions.
