I am seeking a seasoned legal expert to provide advice on a serious issue I am facing with a Texas bank (comerica) . Nearly $40,000 has been stolen from my accounts and I need to combat this situation effectively several checks did not even have the same company name as our company. One of those checks are attached (nothing is the same as our account but the account number which I have removed)
Bank says I have no recourse so not sure if there is anything I can do.
I am not hiding the details as the whole world should know about Comerica's policy to let anyone steel the funds from their accounts.

Requirements:
