I'm looking for a skilled data visualization expert to create a dashboard template that illustrates the results of my survey.

Key Elements:
- Visual aids for five (5) separate categories of survey results
- Each of the five (5) categories should use a different visual aid
- Dashboard should use creative methods to depict accurate, color-coded (colorful) data
- Must be human generated
- Some interactive elements in the form of drill-down details

We have created a survey that measures five (5) components of an organization's culture by asking 15 questions. We want to present these results visually in one full-color dashboard. We want the dashboard to provide “results at a glance" for each of the five (5) components.

The five (5) components necessary to include:

1. "Sourcing Patterns"

We are asking people to evaluate five different types of patterns that source culture. They will give us a measure on a scale of 1-7 for each of the five types of patterns. We would like these grouped together and color-coded (we have been using red/yellow/green) to show whether each one scored low, med or high. Our objective is to show how many of the patterns are at play and to what degree.

2. "PS2" - (Psychological Safety + Performance Standards)
For this one, there is a four box matrix framework we are using that is specific to our work. We will take the scores related to the X-axis and the Y-axis and use them to plot them into one score that is marked as a dot on the matrix.

3. Desired vs. Actual behaviors
We ask participants to pick five choices out of a list of 20 possible choices for two separate questions. One is asking about their TOP 5 DESIRED BEHAVIORS and the others asks for the TOP 5 ACTUAL BEHAVIORS. We want two boxes side by side that list the top five answers for each question so that they can be easily compared.

4. Drama Patterns
We are evaluating patterns by asking people to choose - from a list - all behaviors that are true for them. Their answers will tell us if they have low, medium, or high patterns in three interrelated categories; categories are Victim, Villain, Hero, and are typically presented as a triangle. We are open to visuals that present the material outside of a triangle format; however all 3 categories must depict low, medium and high for each.

5. Agreements
The last category is a simple measure of two interrelated patterns that can be depicted in a Red (bad), yellow (caution) or green (great) manner - or whatever might make more sense. The survey asks about how well agreements are formed, and how well agreements get cleaned up when broken. We want one simple graphic that can show how organizations are doing in each of the two categories.

Key needs for this project:
- Friendly and warm feeling, with a casual but professional aesthetic
- Creative elements are a must
- All five categories need to be on one page
- Dashboard must be customizable for final edits pending results
- Dashboard should be built using a platform or tool that is user-friendly and flexible for future modifications

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Strong Design skills
- Experience in creating interactive dashboards
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to present complex data in a clear, accessible way

The dashboard needs to be presented to the client digitally and in print.
