Technical skill  Computer Proficiency: Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, data-based management, Spss software , Distance software ,Arc GIs software utilization, Internet operation and hardware troubleshooting. 6, Work Experience  Since February/2009 E.C up to the time being, I am working on west Gojjam zone labor and training department as job creation, livelihood and enterprise development expert. 6.1, Current Tasks  Assisting the small and micro enterprises to build up their capacity for sustainable management of their resources.  Assisting the implementation and management of successful interventions toward empowerment of women.  Provide assets & training about SMEs i.e. textile, garment, cultural product work, homestead gardening and many other agriculture products.  Assist with the value chain and market linkage to the r  Assist in the implementation and management of successful interventions to ensure and sustained enterprises for better production and to be competent.  Promote facilities and create awareness for youth in different aspect and practices and enable sustained use of hygienic; and implement an intensive hand washing campaign and also awareness how can develop their livelihood in manufacturing. Construction and agriculture in their local area;  Providing additional support particularly the advocacy activities to the enterprises. 7. Research experience  During my study of MSc degree, I accomplish research regarding on the Population Statues and Feeding ecology of black and white Colobus Monkey in Kathasa forest Ethiopia.
