Skills: Project Manager, Business Analyst, virtual assistant, Figma designs, social media management and monitoring Looking for a committed team player to join our small team for a new mobile app who can help us with some tasks so we can free up some of our time to go market the app. We want this person to help us operate more efficiently and offer great customer service! We need someone that can work independently and get up to speed quickly! You will need to have at least 15-20 hours a week to devote to these tasks and do them excellently! It’s a flexible job, but each week, we will schedule at least 1 or 2 team meetings to go over tasks or do a working session to get a task completed. Must haves: - Can-do attitude - Team player - Excellent written English - Superb Modern Design skills in Figma - Availability - maybe 15-20 hours a week Virtual Assistant/Social Media Tasks - Download and understand all features of the application; fully immerse your understanding of the application - not a complex app, maybe will take 1-2 hours to gain a full understanding - Monitor customer service and contact emails (won’t be many right now as we are just starting out); escalate concerns to co-founders as needed - Schedule social media posts - at least 3 a week - Timely respond to any Social Media posts/tags/comments with proper grammar; escalate to co-founders when needed - Create and Monitor Email Campaigns - Create stunning email templates - Weekly meetings to review tasks - Help Market the app- social media groups, email campaigns, etc. - Review SEO keywords/tags and monitor progress - Other tasks as assigned Project Manager/Business Analyst Tasks - Create visually appealing and user friendly design mockups in Figma for new features to meet all requirements usually outlined by co-founders - Offer suggestions and use best practice designs - Manage Tasks in ClickUp - Meet with Team at least once a week - be able to communicate, be a team player, explain functionality, eloquently explain tasks, manage status updates and timelines - Manage bugs and escalate emergencies - Update Mobile App Store designs - Give regular status updates to Co-Founders 1st task is to understand the app 2nd task - design enterprise web management tool. We will discuss in a meeting and give you high level requirements, you will design screens in Figma based on those requirements. These screens will be used by our developers to implement new features that will be user facing. Paying local market rate!
