Expert CRM Agent for Shopify Stores

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Agent to oversee multiple Gorgias accounts for our Shopify stores. As a CRM Agent at our agency, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing rules and macros and answering customer inquiries. This role requires someone who can work flexibly and independently while providing detailed reports on agent performance and key outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee multiple Gorgias accounts for our Shopify stores.
Develop, implement, and optimize rules and macros to automate customer service processes.
Continuously improve workflows to decrease response times and enhance customer satisfaction.
Answer emails, chats, and social media tickets
Collaborate with me to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience with Gorgias CRM
Proven track record of managing CRM systems for Shopify stores.
Strong understanding of customer service processes and how to automate them effectively.
Strong communication skills and ability to report on performance and outcomes clearly and concisely.
Ability to work independently and flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
