A licensed Architect with over 15 years of work experience in the architecture and interior design industry, I have led and contributed to various projects in the hospitality, high-rise, commercial, and residential sectors. At Ismael Leyva Architects, I was a Senior Technical Lead, leading the coordination of design and construction for high-rise residential buildings in the heart of Manhattan. Leveraging my LEED AP credential and deep knowledge of building systems, project documentation, building codes, regulations, and materials, I played a pivotal role in ensuring the success of these projects. While a Senior Project Manager at M Moser Associates, I oversaw the renovation of the YouTube headquarters in Manhattan, leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding results. Additionally, one of the most challenging and rewarding projects I contributed to was the JP Morgan Chase Headquarters in Manhattan, where I played a critical role in the design and construction of the substructure and podium of this iconic building. Furthermore, I had the privilege of being part of the teams responsible for designing and constructing remarkable projects like the ACE Hotel Brooklyn and Motto by Hilton NYC Chelsea. My skills in architectural drawings, building science and systems, and coordination enable me to create innovative and sustainable solutions for clients and stakeholders.
