SCORM-Compliant Training Management App Development

We are seeking a skilled developer with proven expertise in building SCORM-compliant training management systems to develop a Training Management Application. The application will consist of two main sections: Admin and End User. Its primary purpose is to facilitate the seamless management, registration, and tracking of SCORM-based training modules. The Admin section will include functionalities for securely managing training content, generating registration links, and tracking user progress. Admin users will have the ability to upload, update, and remove SCORM 1.2/2004 training modules, generate unique registration links for each module, and configure custom registration fields. Additionally, admins can track registrants by name, employee identifier, department, progress, scores, and time spent on training. Data export functionality in CSV format will also be available. Admin roles will include the ability to manage other admin users with full control over the platform. The End User section will allow registered users to access specific training modules via unique links, register through customizable forms, and complete the training modules. Progress will be saved automatically, enabling users to resume their training from where they left off. The system will also ensure that modules are inaccessible during internet disconnection to maintain data integrity. The project will use modern technologies. For the backend, frameworks such as Python (Flask or Django) or Ruby on Rails will be implemented, while the frontend will utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React or Vanilla JS). The database will be built using PostgreSQL or MongoDB. SCORM compliance will be achieved by integrating SCORM players such as SCORM Cloud or open-source solutions. The system will follow stringent security standards. Authentication will include encrypted credentials and mandatory two-factor authentication. All sensitive data, such as registration information and employee identifiers, will be encrypted using SSL/TLS for data in transit and AES for data at rest. Role-based access control will ensure that admins have full access to the platform while end users are restricted to the training modules they register for. This application will cater to key user stories. Admin users will manage training modules, track user performance, and customize registration forms, while end users will register, track their training progress, and resume their modules seamlessly.
