Experienced Full Time Freelance SEO - Remote
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist (5 to 10 years' experience minimum) to manage and optimize four websites (English and French version) for UK, UAE, France and USA market.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, content optimization, technical SEO, and digital marketing strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.

Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy Development & Implementation
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to each website's audience and business goals.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Optimize on-page and off-page SEO to increase organic visibility.
• Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into all content.
Technical SEO Management
• Perform website audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues (site speed, mobile usability, crawlability, indexation, schema markup).
• Implement structured data, meta tags, and alt attributes to enhance search engine understanding.
• Work closely with developers to resolve technical SEO issues and improve website performance.
• Ensure compliance with Google's core web vitals and other search engine ranking factors.
Keyword Research & Content Optimization
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for target keywords.
• Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements.
• Make content to create SEO-friendly, engaging content.
Link Building & Off-Page SEO
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Monitor backlink profiles and disavow toxic links when necessary.
• Outreach to relevant websites for guest posting and partnership opportunities.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Monitor website analytics and SEO performance metrics (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Provide regular reports and insights with actionable recommendations.
• Track KPIs such as organic traffic, ranking improvements, and conversion rates.
Local SEO Optimization
• Manage Google Business Profiles (GBP) for each website and optimize for local search.
• Ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) consistency across directories.
• Optimize content for location-specific keywords and searches.
Leads Conversion Optimization
• Implement SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and leads conversion rates.
• Analyze user behavior to optimize website layout and user experience (UX).
Competitor & Trend Analysis
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Continuously monitor competitors’ SEO strategies and adapt accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills Required:
• Proven experience managing multiple websites with successful SEO strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong technical SEO expertise with knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
• Experience with WordPress, JetEngine (for managing custom fields), and other CMS platforms.
• Understanding of luxury and high-end service markets is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines.
Fluent in English and French
