Fix in-app purchases for existing app written in Swift

I have an existing mobile application that I paid a dev to add in-app purchases. Sandbox purchases work so I completed the project and added a number of features prior to release. Now after releasing the app, I'm finding that users can't actually use in-app purchases (it crashes whenever they load the premium features page, prior to the "buy" button being shown). I just need a quick fix for this. Hopefully it's only 1 line of code to fix. I will provide all source files and will verify in-app purchases work prior to final payment.
