Modern Logo Design for Skate Park Paint Company

I'm seeking a new logo for my skate park paint company. The logo should incorporate the original ink drop logo as a graphic on skateboarder aerial, I have included images of the original logo, the tag line(we have purchased right to use font). The design should be as simplified as possible and be black and white with the exception of the 4 skateboard wheels which we want to incorporate trailing paint streaks from. I have no skills in photpshop or illustrator etc so need someone who can clean this all up and produce something close to the design attached.
