Looking for Videographers to Shoot Nighttime Urban Scenes (4K/VERTICAL)

Hi there! This is my first job posting on this site. :) I'm looking for videographers who can shoot content in their city for my audiovisual project. Any major city in the world works. Here are the details: *Nighttime urban scenes with heavy or moderate rain, mist, wet streets, puddles, lights, reflections *Brightly lit store interiors with people (or without) and narrow aisles *Neon-lit shops, urban convenience stores, lo-fi urban shops *Two types of shots: static and moving forward. For both, I need empty or semi-empty areas as well as busy spots with activity (cars driving by, people walking — ideally looking at their phones — red traffic lights, traffic jams, gas stations) *Duration: a maximum of 20 seconds per shot *Professionally shot using a professional camera or a high-end smartphone *4K resolution in VERTICAL format Overall aesthetics, a good eye, and attention to detail are highly appreciated.
