I have recently did a GPS tracker with Ublox ZED-F9P dual band GPS module. the project was not with GPRS/LTE but with bluetooth. As we have extensive experience in many GPS-GPRS projects with many GPS modules and SIMCOM LTE, we can easily do this project.
