Projekt Wir wollen in Q1-Q2 Dynamics CRM für ca. 35 Mitarbeiter in den Bereichen Sales, Marketing und Service einführen. Als Gold-Partner haben wir bereits Lizenzen (CEP), aber Dynamics bisher nicht im Einsatz (auch kein anderes CRM-Tool). Wir übernehmen das Projektmanagement (Anforderungen, Change Management, Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern, Schulungen). Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Entwickler, der uns auch beratend zur Seite steht, um uns bei der Analyse der Anforderungen zu unterstützen und Lösungswege aufzuzeigen. Aufgaben - Technische Spezifikation der Anforderungen, Beratung bei technischen Fragen, gelegentliche Unterstützung der Key User. - Konfiguration von Dynamics 365 anhand definierter Anforderungen und Datenmigration aus alten Systemen (voraussichtlich nur Stammdaten). - Integration weiterer Systeme von MS (zB Azure DevOps) und von Drittanbietern (zB Datev) sowie fachlicher Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von APIs für eigene Systeme. Anforderungen - Umfassende Kenntnisse von Dynamics 365 CRM für die Bereiche Marketing, Sales und Service. - Kenntnisse von Power BI, Power Automate und SharePoint, um die Integration durchzuführen bzw. dabei zu unterstützen. - Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse: Projektkommunikation ist auf Deutsch, jedoch können Teile des Projekts (zB angebundene Systeme) auf Englisch sein. Umfang und Ablauf Das Projekt soll zwischen Dezember und Januar starten. Es wird in Meilensteine unterteilt, die innerhalb von 4-6 Monaten umgesetzt werden sollen. Die Arbeit kann überwiegend Remote erfolgen, mit gelegentlichen Meetings vor Ort. Wir haben bereits ein 35-seitiges Anforderungsdokument und möchten das für die Vor-Evaluation nutzen. Auf dieser Basis soll vorab eine grobe Aufwands- und Zeitschätzung erfolgen, bevor das Projekt startet.
