We are seeking qualified vendors to build a complete eCommerce subscription plan website on a SaaS system. The website will be built on WordPress and should meet the following requirements:
1. Qualifications and Expertise:
a. The vendor should be a WordPress EXPERT with proficiency in programming languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
b. Extensive experience in theme and plugin installation, updates, and plugin development, specifically using DIVI.
c. Strong database management skills, including SQL and MySQL.
d. Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO best practices.
e. Familiarity with version control systems such as Github and BitBucket.
f. Ability to create Child Themes for customization.
g. Proficiency in WordPress website back-end management, including plugins, tools, and database handling.
2. Subscription Website Expertise:
a. The vendor must demonstrate prior experience in building and delivering successful SAAS/subscription-based websites.
3. Project Timeline:
a. The project is expected to be completed within 30 days. Vendors should have a team capable of working on multiple aspects simultaneously and be able to provide bi-weekly progress updates.
4. AI Implementation:
a. The website should incorporate AI features, such as a chatbox and intelligent responses.
b. The website will have a.i. to take answers from questions and form summary paragraphs.
c. Vendors should propose suitable AI engine or technology for implementation.
5. Gravity Forms Expertise:
a. Proficiency in Gravity Forms and its addons (e.g., Gravity PDF, Gravity Charts).
b. Ability to program and integrate complex surveys using Gravity Forms.
c. Responsive Design:
d. The website should be optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices to ensure a seamless user experience.
6. Web Design and User Experience:
a. Vendors should showcase their expertise in creating visually appealing and fast-loading WordPress websites with a strong focus on UX and UI design.
7. SEO and Website Performance:
a. The website must be optimized for search engines (SEO).
b. Vendors should demonstrate the ability to monitor website performance, handle troubleshooting, and address WordPress-related issues promptly.
8. Complex Website Development:
a. Vendors must provide evidence of successfully developing large and complex WordPress websites that maintain speed and security.
9. Website Security:
a. The vendor should have a track record of building highly secure websites and be committed to testing the website for security vulnerabilities.
10. Best In Class
a. The website should be built with best-in-class security practices.
b. The website should be built following industry-standard rules, processes, and procedures.
11. Post-Project Support:
a. The selected vendor will provide six months of post-launch support, ensuring the website's optimal performance, including timely plugin and WP updates.
12. Development:
a. All development will be done on our server so we can monitor progress.
b. All Q&A will be done by developer on non-development computers.
13. Testing and Quality Assurance:
a. Developer will be responsible for all Q&A. All Q&A will be done on our server.
14. Flexibility and Problem-Solving:
a. Vendors should demonstrate flexibility and the ability to suggest viable solutions when challenges arise during the project.
15. Payment Terms:
a. Payment will be milestone-based, with no upfront fees.
b. We will fund only the milestones currently being worked on.
c. We will pay upon the completion of specific parts of the project and approved by us.
16. Data Security and Privacy:
a. The vendor should adhere to strict data security and privacy measures, particularly when handling sensitive user information.
17. Training and Documentation:
a. Vendor will provide detailed documentation on how to handle all aspects of for website management.
Interested vendors are invited to submit their qualifications along with two – and only two – WordPress SAAS developments you have completed including at least some user access (or screenshots).
