Public Adjuster Executive Assistant Needed

I'm in need of a reliable and efficient Executive Assistant to help with my Public Adjuster business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments: Keeping my calendar organized and ensuring timely meetings with clients and stakeholders.
- Client Communication: Acting as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and handling inquiries professionally.
- Document Management: Organizing, filing and managing important business documents.
- CRM: Keeping track of client interactions and assisting in maintaining strong client relationships.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems is a must.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role would be advantageous
