We are looking for a hands-on Content Marketing Executive to join my team. The ideal candidate brings valuable digital and content marketing experience and insights to the table. We’re looking for undeniable skill, a make-it-happen attitude, and a hunger to learn, grow, and make a mark in today’s busy content landscape.
The role starts as a full-time, remote Content Marketing Executive, evolving into ‘Head of Content’ or similar as the team and business grow.
Daily tasks and responsibilities include:
➡️ Social media content creation and publishing
➡️ LOTS of content writing - your English language command is your superpower!
➡️ Copywriting for marketing and lead-generation campaigns
➡️ Writing/Editing newsletters
➡️ Writing/Editing and uploading funnels, OVO's, and email sequences to Kajabi
➡️ Writing and uploading podcast descriptions, show notes, and other copy assets for the podcast
➡️ Working closely with the video team and graphic design team to create audio-visual assets
➡️ Task and calendar management to ensure all marketing activities are running smoothly and promptly
➡️ Weekly ‘Best Of’ tracking of social media and monthly reporting and analytics management
➡️ Other required hands-on support to keep the marketing and lead generation engine running smoothly and consistently
Absolute Must-Have Skills:
✅ Impeccable English language command – written and spoken
✅ Ability to write engaging content and copy: Blog articles, podcast show notes, and social media posts
✅ Social media planning and calendar management
✅ Ability to stay on top of the entire multi-channel marketing effort and ensure timely delivery from all contributors and team members
✅ Burning interest to stay on top of social media trends to guide growth and future strategy
✅ Experience in organizing and tracking social media and content performance
Good-to-have Skills (If you do not have these skills but have the strong will to develop them, that works too):
✅ Operating Kajabi: Email marketing, Learning Management System content uploads, etc.
✅ Building landing pages and OVOs in Kajabi
✅ Funnel building experience
✅ Webinar and workshop co-hosting, operations, and support

✅ YouTube Channel Setup and Management
✅ Paid Digital Ads Strategy & Management
