WhatsApp API Integration for Chatbot

I need a skilled developer to integrate my existing chatbot with the WhatsApp API. Basically I have a startup but it is still unregistered so going down the route off facebook business is not very feasible. Instead I want to maybe integrate with a BSP (Meta Business Partner) which would allow me for now to integrate my existing chatbot with all the webhooks ready and everything operational to one of their APIs without having a verified business on the meta business suite since we are only a startup. The work will basically be you guiding us what to do and preferably setting things up.
