Price Tracking Application for Telegram & WhatsApp

I'm looking for a developer to create an application that tracks and displays prices from both Telegram and WhatsApp. The main focus of this application will be monitoring exchange rates for various currencies and the operations of an exchange office. Key Features: - Regular updates: The app should update prices approximately every 15 minutes, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. - User registration: There should be a section for user registration. - Support: Include communication and support methods within the app. This application offers multilingual support, including Persian (Farsi) , Kurdish Sorani , Arabic , and Turkish. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in application development for both Telegram and WhatsApp platforms. - Experience with real-time data tracking and updates. - Understanding of financial tracking, specifically in exchange rates. - Skills in integrating user registration and support systems in an application.
