I am in need of an environmental mobile and a corresponding web application - both Android and iOS versions. Ideally, the app will feature a detailed map of our country and each province separately, with ability to select each province , with the ability to utilize geolocation, add custom markers, and employ filter options (by date, type etc..). Verified reports should be displayed on the map as pins, marks or some kind of icon.. As well as a section to post news/updates (can be fetched from the website [WordPress] or done independently) and video tutorial on the main app tab. Both app and web version need to have multilingual support (RTL direction too). Multiple user roles (volunteers,moderators, admins) and notifications for report status changes and/or news updates. User reports should include three options: - Text input: to describe the type and quantity of litter/waste. - Photo upload: for visual evidence of the pollution. - Geo-tagging: to precisely locate the incident on the map. The reports will then go through various statuses such as Pending, Verified, and Resolved. The application should have the capability to add or remove status options later on in the setting, to maintain flexibility in the moderating process. Plus the ability to bookmark incidents. User profile tab should showcase their own reports, plus bookmarked reports. Lastly, Freelancers who take on this project should have experience in mobile app and website development, with a firm understanding of the integration of map functionalities. Prior work on environment or community-based projects will be beneficial. Key skills required would include iOS & Android development, UX/UI design, back-end web development, geolocation technology integration, and data management. This project beckons an individual or team who has a keen eye for detail and the ability to create a user-friendly interface.
