Existing Excel calendar; adjust input rows

The calendar is functioning well for the current job, it displays single day and multiday events graphically in a 2016 overview. The events can be added in cells beneath the calendar by providing a date and event name. The calendars main function is to display single day events and a small amount of multiday event, I would like to have it the other way around, a lot of multiday events and relatively less single day events.
Current situation:
- 3x 30 rows of single day events (A., B., C.)
- 3x 8 rows of consecutive (multiday) events (D., E., F.)
I would like to have:
*** 1. *** Switch the layout so that the consecutive (multiday) events are on the place of the current single day events. So A., B., C. should change places with D., E., F.
*** 2. *** Extend the rows for single day events 3x 49 rows & consecutive (multiday) events 3x 150 rows
*** 3. *** Provide a solution or explanation (instruction) for me to change the border-colour and fill-colour of the highlighted days within the calendar. (G.)
*** 4. *** The width of the events despription-field should be enlarged to fit longer event names.
I will provide you the current Excel Calandar!

Needless to say: the calendar should of course still function and display all the events in the cells on the correct date with corresponding colours for the 3 different “people”.
Please understand it is not only about cutting and pasting the layout to it’s new position. Again needless to say, but better safe than sorry!
