Ich habe meine Business-Kontakte (75 Stück) ziemlich chaotisch in einer Pages-Datei (meist copy-paste der Email-Signatur). Das soll nun in eine Numbers-Datei, schön übersichtlich und mit Filterfunktion. Vorlage Numbers habe ich erstellt, es geht um das befüllen. Dauert vermutlich 1-2 Stunden. Wichtig: es geht nur manuell, d.h. jeder Datensatz (Name, Arbeitgeber, Telefonnummer, Email-Adresse, Adresse) muss über copy-paste von Word nach Excel gebracht werden! Dazu muss man kein Excel-Profi oder Wirtschaftsprüfer sein.
