I'm seeking a skilled professional to help me expand my home with a contemporary design. This project involves adding an 18x42 ft extension to the house which will house a new living room, a bathroom and a bedroom. The new spaces should be designed with modern aesthetics, serving as an entertainment area, and should be functional and seamlessly integrated with the existing structure.
Key features of the new bathroom should include:
- A double vanity
- A walk-in shower
- Built-in storage
Additionally, I'm looking to create an 18x36 ft pool as per the attached diagram. This pool will have a sheet waterfall at the end, accompanied by gas fire bowls and landscaping ideas. Please note that there is only 40 ft between the garage and the property line.
Ideal skills for this project include:
- Extensive residential design and construction experience
- Expertise in modern design
- Strong understanding of home functionality and space integration.
Freelancers with a portfolio showcasing similar projects will be given priority.
I dont need something ready for building permit yet. I need ideas what it is gonna look like and how things will fit. I dont know if that is something you do.
