  In the 3rd app , the user and the dj both will have their own account , like the dj can say when he's available and his prices and also can promote a party he's playing, and in the same time , the normal user can look for DJs and hire them ?

     Yes, they would. When you start the app for the first time, you would be given a choice to sign up either as a DJ or as a Party Host.

  We want the 2nd and 3rd apps to behave like Uber.
  
  The 1st and 4th apps connect the user through around 15 different websites in order to fill out forms until completion. The person should be able to put in their information into a secure place on the app and then press a button to copy it to automatically copy it from the app to fill out each form. HOWEVER, that is the user's choice. They should be able to fill out the form themselves if they want. It's really quite revolutionary, we don't have any references for an app like that.

     #1 This is to help guide new artists step-by-step in all of the steps to releasing new music, from copyrighting all the way to releasing the song.
     
     #2 is like Uber but for instrument repair. It will include a form for sign-up and also a place to upload pictures, until the repair process is done. It will walk the user step-by-step through the process.
     
     #3 Consumer will go on the app looking for DJs. They should know location, how long they can DJ. Once again it's like Uber, and the DJs are like the drivers. The consumers will purchase in the same way. There will be an option as well to promote their party.
     
     #4 Business App that guides user step-by-step through the process of starting a business. Helps user get EIN number, register with state, etc. Also shows them a map where property is available to rent.
