Lewis is a highly motivated and exceptional young person who goes above and beyond when being given a task, even if it's outside his comfort zone. He is respectful and takes responsibility and accountability for everything he does and can be trusted that he will get the work done no matter what. I am grateful to have been bale to be Lewis's manager at my non profit organisation, Rise For Lives. I could always trust that he will get done whatever I assigned to him to the best of his ability. If/when he was having problems, he communicated them clearly and on time. His greatest skills were projects, events management, research and team coordination, all which are challenging areas but Lewis was never afraid to take on challenges and improve even more. I highly recommend Lewis, he will be a great asset to any team and set a great example/ treat everyone respectfully. His determination to succeed in anything he does will impress you.
