The design should smartly balance spacious, open areas with cozy, private spaces. 4 bedroom +2.5bathrrom double garage approx. 255sqm as per attached plans below - need to have a 5 revison if required by clients . - An entertainment room. This could include a patio or deck area for alfresco dining and lounging. - A master suite. Ensure there is a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. - A laundry room.
