I only have budget of USD 300 to finish this all and no more. User verification level: Verified (upload ID), Safe (upload ID+selfie), BizPro (Done more than 37 jobs with rating 9/10 on average) 15. Completing the category of the jobs 16. Blockchain, Create Crypto, and Wallet with frictionless payment and transfer / deposit / withdraw money On the mobile apps I would like it to be made with Native or if Hybrid using Go Lang / Flutter.
