I am a final-year PhD candidate in Genetics and Molecular Biology at the State University of Campinas (São Paulo, Brazil), conducting research on single-cell transcriptome analysis of bone cancers in collaboration with Boldrini Children's Hospital. My expertise lies in Oncology and Molecular Biology, with a strong focus on RNA sequencing analysis. I have extensive experience in RNAseq, including quality control, normalization, differential expression analysis, and pathway enrichment analysis using tools like MSigDB, KEGG, Reactome, and FGSEA. I also work with multiomics approaches, leveraging EPIC arrays, whole-exome and whole-genome sequencing, liquid biopsy technologies, and DESI-MSI to study cancer biology. During a year at the Wellcome Sanger Institute (UK), I enhanced my computational skills in single-nuclei RNA sequencing and whole-genome sequencing. Additionally, I bring solid wet lab experience, having designed and conducted experiments to prepare libraries for omics tools, ensuring high-quality data generation. My combined computational and experimental expertise allows me to deliver impactful insights in cancer research. Looking forward to hearing from you!
