Grupo Terra Americas is constituted in Colombia under the name Terra Ingenieros Civiles and in the United States as Terra Consulting USA LLC, with main offices located in Miami. Highlighted Projects Executed: General Library of Universidad Javeriana Structural design and supervision/control for a total area of 8,900 m². Catatumbo Region: Studies and designs for a 100 km road corridor in the Catatumbo region, including geometric design, hydraulic systems, pavement, and geotechnical studies. Contract Value: $850,000 USD. Public Space Improvement in Puente Aranda: Studies and designs. Contract Value: $730,000 USD. Avenida NQS Studies and designs for adapting the Avenida Norte Quinto Sur to the TRANSMILENIO system, covering a length of 19.6 km. Ongoing Projects: We are currently executing over 15 projects across the country. Notable projects include: Studies and Designs for the Cerritos-La Virginia Road (Risaralda) A 10.5 km dual carriageway as part of the Vías del Samán program. Contract Value: $800,000 USD. Comprehensive Supervision of the Santana-Mocoa-Neiva Corridor Part of Route 45, one of Colombia's main road axes and the longest concession, with a total length of 456 km and 63 bridges. Contract Value: $7,000,000 USD. Supervision and Control of Construction and Improvement Works on the Transversal del Cusiana 118 km intervened by contractor Mario Huertas Cotes. Contract Value: $2,900,000 USD. Supervision and Control of Improvement and Maintenance Works on the Vado Hondo-Labranzagrande-Yopal Corridor A 108 km corridor with a 10-year contract.
