We’re a marketing company looking for a talented, senior-level website designer and creative designer to work on projects for our clients. ? STRICTLY INDEPENDENT FREELANCERS ONLY – No teams, no agencies, and no outsourcing. Our last hire was let go for outsourcing work, so if you’re not the one doing the actual work, please do not apply. Who We’re Looking For: ✅ Experienced Website Designer with a strong portfolio of modern, conversion-optimized designs ✅ Creative Designer who can create visually appealing and engaging layouts ✅ Detail-Oriented & Reliable – We expect high-quality work and clear communication ✅ Ability to Work on a Contract Basis – This will start as project-based work, with potential for ongoing collaboration Requirements: • Minimum 5+ years of experience in website and UI/UX design • Strong portfolio (MUST provide links to past work) • Ability to follow branding, UI/UX best practices, and conversion-focused design principles • Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or similar tools • Development skills (Webflow, WordPress, or front-end coding) are a plus but not required Test Project Requirement: We will require a series of small paid test projects to evaluate skills before moving forward.
