It is not a web Design. The scope requires you to provide web design in FIGMA. I'm in need of a professional and engaging website for my engineering consultancy. In addition, I require: - a logo in different formats and colours; - HTML email signature template; - A database package to capture leads - Indexing on search engines - integration with Instagram, Linked-in, Facebook and TikTok - 6 separate subject-specific Landing pages with CTA and lead capture - 3 months of SEO services with weekly reporting KEY FEATURES - Design in FIGMA so we can view progress continously - SEO integral to everything in your design - Native Wordpress - We do not want to be limited to any platform - a degree of animation with clean monochromatic elegant design - A secure Client Login Area, primarily for document sharing - A design that allows us constantly provide new content, including: : A NEWS section with professional news service layout : A RESOURCES section where clients can log-in and downlaod documents : An INSPIRATION section where we can post interesting things : An ARTICLES section where we can post regular articles (text, photos and videos). Depending on how you do this, you may need to integrate a CMS solution. - An accessible 'Contact' form for potential clients to reach us - This will have multiple uses and Contact categories - Multiple CTA's with user registration and capture - a chat service where clients can talk to us by on-screen text or leave a message - we have our own hosting so not interested in you offering that - We have a working draft of the website (Powerpoint/PDF) and logo so should be straight-forward. The perfect candidate for this project should be adept in web development, graphic design, WP, and HTML. Experience working with consultancy firms or understanding of engineering principles would be a plus. Please include relevant portfolio pieces in your proposal. You will be required to set the website up and have it running error-free and provide 3 months of SEO services with weekly reporting. COMPLIANCE WITH EMAIL CAPTURE The lead capture forms must require explicit opt-in for emailing by us. Note that in some circumstances, we may notify visitors that unless they opt-in, we can not provide them the information they require. REGARDING BUDGET When we have used this service before, we have found it very frustrating to negotiate on the project for days on end, and then to be asked "what is the budget?" The budget is what you bid. If we change our scope we can renegotiate. However, if your bidding strategy is to underbid in the hope of negotiating a higher price before starting, we are not the right client.
