Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition on Upwork: Use your sales and networking skills to find clients, pitch our services, and close deals.

Cold Email Marketing: Leverage tools like Bark, Credlist, and other platforms to extract email leads, and create compelling cold emails to engage potential clients.

Business Growth: Work with the team to identify new business opportunities and build strategies for expansion.

Maintain Client Relationships: Once clients are onboard, ensure communication is strong and client expectations are met.

Requirements:

Proven experience in client acquisition, particularly on Upwork or similar freelance platforms.

Strong knowledge of email marketing, including cold emailing and lead generation.

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working on a performance-based compensation model.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with Upwork's platform and how to secure projects is a plus.
