Your primary focus will be job hunting, searching, and identifying potential job offers from companies through online platforms, recruiting agencies, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, ZipRecruiter, and various job portals throughout Europe, the USA, and Canada.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Job hunting and employment searches for candidates
- Crafting professional emails to prospective employers
- Job searching for our own candidates for various positions
- Researching, job hunting, and collaborating with recruitment agencies
- Reaching out to potential recruiting agencies, job offers, HR departments, and employers
- Conducting interviews and coaching our selected applicants
- Assisting with resume writing, preparing documents, visa applications, and the entire process until job letters are received
- Managing the career transition process, including resume updates, interview skills, and goal setting
**The ideal candidate should possess:**
- Extensive experience in reverse recruiting or HR
- Strong knowledge of the Internet, research, and finding/hunting jobs offered by various companies in the EU/USA/Canada
- Proven experience in HR, recruiting, and job search strategies
- Excellent skills in composing professional emails and various correspondence

This role can be full/part-time. We prefer candidates with mid-level or experienced-level backgrounds to hit the ground running. We have candidates seeking employment in the following categories:

**Compensation:**
This role requires a strong commitment to finding the right jobs and employment offers for our candidates and assisting in their successful onboarding. You will need to commit weekly to putting in at least 4 hours a day and sending 50 emails to employers. The pay is $150 to $200 for each successful job offer received, along with excellent bonuses for the right applicant. Our current executives are earning an average over $2,000 a week.
