I'm seeking a professional to help convert an existing rural warehouse into a modern, rustic vacation home. The preferred materials are concrete and wood.
The floor space is 16.30 m x 7.50m, hence 120 square meters per floor. The current construction is a simple cement brick that I want to reuse. Ideally, I want to apply ETICS panels on the outside so have a good isolation. Flexible to open windows/doors where needed. The roof will be completely renewed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design functional and aesthetic floor plans that incorporate a mix of open-plan and private rooms
- Create a detailed 3D model of the final design
Desired Features:
Ground Floor
- A large living room with a central fireplace and a sliding door to a patio.
- Library/Cinema room
- Large kitchen area connected to the living room
- Laundry room
- Pantry and Storage room
- Garage for 1 car
- Guest toilette easily accessible
- Stairs to the top floor
- An outdoor leisure space, such as a patio or deck
Upper floor
- 1 master bedroom with toilette
- 2/3 bedrooms

Design Aesthetic:
The interior design style should be minimalistic with clean lines. Experience in modern rustic designs with exposed elements is a plus.
