I'm looking for a developer to create a face detection system using Python. The system should be able to handle RTSP streams sourced from DVR/NVR systems. We have HikVision DVR with RTSP URL. We would like to recogonise office staff faces along with the action they are doing e.g Working, Using Mobile, Food, Walking, Sleeping, Talking, We have two cameras installed so there are 2 channels. We already have pictures 10 staff pictures with over 5000 dataset captured with cameras. The Data will go to MySQL Database and store the activities. It also should update database with the first time in a day person detected and last time the person detected (this activity we need for attendence). If single employee doing acivity We need code which we will run in every 2 mins and put all the data into database. You will also get ready API which is going to be store data to database. You will run this code and deploy it on either on server we have OR Raspberry Pi4 B we have in our office. We need backend for this so we can see the data stored in database and can train the code for new employees. Backend will have option (PHP Recommended Else as per developer choice) Employees > Add > Edit > Delete Add Employee will capture image from camera and can train. Edit Employee will capture images from camera and can retrain. Add/Edit Employee will have options like Name, Email, Phone, Designation, InTime, OutTime, Holidays, (Saturday,Sunday), Mobile Usage Restrictions, Talking Restrictions, Food Restirctions. Official Holidays Menu which will have Dates & Name of Holiday Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficient in OpenCV - Experience with face detection algorithms - Familiarity with RTSP streams and DVR/NVR systems - Knowledge in security monitoring systems is a plus - Ability to deliver efficient, reliable, and user-friendly software.

Here’s what I’ll deliver: Real-time Face Detection and Recognition: Utilize OpenCV to detect and recognize office staff faces from the RTSP streams of your two installed cameras. Leverage your existing dataset of 5,000+ captured images to ensure high recognition accuracy. The system will track the first and last detected time for each employee, which will automate attendance logging. Scheduled Data Collection: A script will run every 2 minutes to log data into the database, ensuring real-time tracking and accuracy. Backend System: Develop a user-friendly backend, allowing for employee management: Add, edit, or delete employee records. Capture images from cameras for new employee registrations or retraining models. Track attendance, holidays, and employee restrictions (e.g., mobile usage, talking restrictions). Django is my preferred backend system, but if needed I can adapt to PHP The system will be deployed on either your server or Raspberry Pi 4 B, ensuring seamless operation within your current infrastructure. This may take a reasonable computation power in your server. Sometimes the recognition accuracy may decreased base on how users are captured for input. How ever if you have enough computation power and energy, i can handle this project. What do you think

Hi, I'm Bunphot. I have experience in using Python OpenCV to manage video image e.g. face detection, car license plate reader, area security, and etc. The project need to get image from RTSP url of IP Camera. However, I used to use Rpi4 to handle the image processing with OpenCV, I think it needs at least 8G RAM. But for 2 cameras, it may be too load the Rpi so the image has to small enough and have to capture only a smallest amout of frame as neccessary. Please have a chat to discuss in detail.
