508537 Flash Work

I have a Flash/XML template which I have had shadowbox modal window integrated into. I need a Flash programmer to change the modal window from shadowbox to fancybox instead and embed another swf file (which I have) into the fancybox window. I also need to know how to change the swf file and different features of the fancybox window for future use. Should be very easy for someone who knows what they are doing. I need this done fairly quickly please.
