Registration

I would like to create a lucky draw registration in wordpress: section 1 <Register> - facebook login - create campaign1 - then fill in the form (Name, identification, etc ) - after form submit, system will generate a lucky draw number (00000 - 99999) for the registrar. - system do not allow facebook login user to double register for the lucky draw in a same campaign - i can set how many lucky draw number to be given for earlier bird registrar. (set period of time, set how many number to be given) - explanation of how to number to be given: first registrar(early bird), number to be given is (00001 - 00003), second registrar(early bird 00004 - 00006) - registrar could submit photo for the registration section 2 <after register> - after user register, a detail email will send to registrar. - registrar could come back and login with facebook to check the status, lucky draw number. - create a registration board with will list down all the lucky draw participants, example: 1. %facebook name% , %date%, %time% , (03423 - 03429) (7 numbers) and etc 2. %facebook name% , %date%, %time% , (03429 - 03434) (6 numbers) and etc section 3 <admin control penal> - do need to do a lucky number search for easy to identify the lucky registrar. section 4 <export> - should be able to export the database to excel or csv for download.
