Trademark Data Scraping Script Development -- 2

We are developing Trademark management software. For that we needed data of all trademark applications filed on Indian trademark website of government of India. But due to lack of time, we bought data of 67.50 trademark applications filed and updated that in our software. Now, we want you to develop scrapper: i. that can update data and documents of existing 6.75 million trademark stored on aws server, and ii. that can scrap all data and document of newly filed trademark application, which are not in our database. Our SaaS is hosted on EC2 server of AWS 2. Data is hosted on RDS server of AWS, 3.
