We are looking for an experienced developer or development team to help us revamp our Ads Data Management System (ADMS). Initially, we engaged another vendor for this project, but due to ongoing challenges with the current system, we are reconsidering our options and seeking a new partner to develop a robust and efficient solution. Project Overview: The ADMS is designed to pull data from various ad channels, such as Google, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and store it in a database. The system features a back-end for Admins and a front-end for each client to view selected data. Here are the primary issues we are facing: Incomplete Ads Data Integration: Google data is fully integrated with campaign, ad group, and ad-level details. However, there is currently a connectivity issue, preventing the data from being displayed on the interface. Facebook and Instagram data are not integrated yet. LinkedIn and TikTok data are integrated but only at the Campaign level. Disorganized Client Data: We manage over 70 client accounts. Currently, LinkedIn and TikTok data are mixed together, causing clients to see data from other clients. We need data properly distributed and organized by client account. Hedging Data Limitations: Current system does not support monthly hedging. Hedging current month data affects previous months' data. We need a function to hedge different months' data on a percentage basis. Leads Importing: Leads are collected in a Google Sheets document. We need to automate the import process so that updates in Google Sheets are reflected in the system's Leads page automatically. Additional Requirements: We are arranging a handover process from the current vendor and need advice on which files or code to request. Please provide an estimated cost for this project. Deliverables: Fully integrated ADMS with all specified ad channels. Organized client data interface. Enhanced data hedging functionality. Automated leads importing system.
