We are looking for a developer with experience in WordPress and online form workflows to create a custom online admission system based on the specific requirements below. This project involves adapting an existing admission theme/template to match our workflow and integrating a real payment gateway.
Project Requirements:
Account Creation and Login
User can create an account with email verification.
Login and account management functionality.
Profile Creation
Form fields include:
Parent's Name, Student's Name, Contact Information, Address, Date of Birth, Class, Nationality/Religion (if applicable).
Option to save and edit profiles later.
Admission Form Completion
Academic year selection (default to current year).
Campus selection (4 campuses available).
Admission form fields:
Personal Information (Student’s Name, Gender, DOB, Nationality, Parent/Guardian details).
Academic Information (Previous School Attended, Class Applied For, Special Needs).
Supporting Documents (Birth Certificate, School Report, ID Proof, Passport Photo).
Parent’s declaration and consent checkbox.
Fee Payment Integration
Integration with a payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay, PayU, or CCAvenue).
Receipt generation and email confirmation upon successful payment.
Submission and Confirmation
Submit the completed form.
Email confirmation sent to the user with a reference number for future correspondence.
Admin Review
Admin panel for reviewing applications and updating the application status (approved, pending, declined).
Status updates sent to users via email.
Deliverables:
Fully functional online admission workflow integrated into WordPress.
Integration with a live payment gateway.
User and admin email notifications for each stage.
Documentation for any custom functionality added.
