I will not consider bids above $50 Design and build my Research Software per my documents, and instructions. It will get the results and sources from online resources. The software will also search for and collect information from charts and maps online and make a timeline or events line using all the information it collects. The software will allow me to edit the chart in any way such as time line or events line and add any information. It will allow me to make my own chart with the information it collects, and have the info propagated into the map I create. It will allow me to prioritize anything in the timeline or events I want. It will save the links to the resources so I can view them when I want. See attached document for more information.
