Make Modifications to Moodle Theme REmui

I have Edwiser REmui installed in my moodle site and I would like to make some modifications. There is a drop down option that shows “recent” courses after a student enters a course. I need it to show enrolled courses and always appear here, not only after entering a course. On the course page and activities page, I would like to add a hovering effect when the person places the mouse over the activity. This is the effect I would like to apply. ([login to view URL]) On the course page at the top for the teachers and students, I would like students to see # of Lessons (Sections), # of Activities, # in progress, # finished, # remaining. On the course pages and activities page I would like to change the left bar menu options to the versión which is available on the activity page only, but not on the main course page or within a section. COMPLETION PROGRESS PLUGIN I have modified the progress report in a previous versión of Moodle, dividing the sections. As well, we modified the report in the overview page, to be able to filter by activity or section. I need this code adapted to Moodle 3.9 or the changes applied to the newer version. I do not have documentation of the changes we made, however I do have a working code with these changes in a previous version of moodle. All changes are detailed with images in the attached document.
