I'm seeking a capable lawyer to file a petition on my behalf to the Bar Council of India. The case revolves around a breach of contract by another lawyer, alongside other serious allegations including tax avoidance and gross misconduct. The ideal candidate for this project should: - Have considerable experience in legal advocacy and filing petitions to the Bar Council of India. - Be well-versed in handling cases involving alleged professional misconduct of lawyers. - Have a strong track record of pursuing cases to their highest possible level. - Be able to communicate effectively and keep me updated throughout the process. Evidence: I have substantial evidence to support the breach of contract claim, including text messages, voice recordings, and documents. Compensation: Aside from your legal fees, you will also receive the total compensation you can obtain from the accused as well as a thank you gift. My goal: I want this case pursued to the fullest extent possible, with the hope of bringing it to the highest legal authority in India if necessary. I am seeking a lawyer who is committed to seeing justice served. I expect the filing and resolution process to be completed within the necessary timeframe. The goal of this case is to seek disciplinary action against the accused lawyer. The filing and resolution process should be completed within 6 months. The lawyer is expected to be fully involved in the investigation process, including collecting and presenting additional evidence if necessary. Preferred communication method is via email.
