Illustrative Book Cover & Manuscript Formatter

I'm seeking a talented professional to create an engaging, illustrative cover for my fiction book and help format the manuscript for Amazon publication. The cover will feature the main character and a key scene from the book. I will provide some sample images from the internet to give you an idea of my concept. I will need the following final files: (1) Front cover art with title/credit fonts; (2) Front and back cover art. The back cover will likely only require some pattern fill extending from the front cover image and no further characters; (3) Interior manuscript file meeting Amazon's formatting guidelines, i.e. margins, spacing, etc. (4) All files appropriate for both Amazon's print book and e-book formats. The story is about a woman who survives being lost in the Amazon rainforest and is rescued by a tribe of Amazon women. I imagine the cover to be a beautiful woman in a diaphanous white dress with Amazon women natives behind her - bare-breasted, perhaps with a few holding weapons like spears. They are standing on the bow of an Amazon River cruise ship. I want the figures to be prominent. I don't need to see the entire ship. I just need to know they're on a ship. Although this is the idea I have for my cover, I'm open to an artist's creative vision. By accepting my proposal, you agree that all final products belong to me for use in my publication or for my promotions and YOU will not be able to use such materials elsewhere.
