BUILD A RANDOM NUMBER GENERATOR WEBPAGE

Hi, I am looking for a webpage similar to attached images that will do the following In the format provided (ie digital numbers) that spin, a random number should be selected between a High and a Low number. ie a random number between 1 and 8760. Key features. - Random number generator in digital format - Facility to put a low and high number in - Facility to type name of a prize - Display previous win numbers (scrolling if needed) - Option to insert different backgrouds - Display Logo on top left - Must work on all browsers - Must not be copyable - The whole number must be randomly generated (not simply 0 - 9 on each real.) I would like this fairly quickly.
