HVAC System Troubleshooting and Optimization

I would like an independent HVAC expert to help me with my residential central air systems. The primary goal of this consultation is to enhance my overall comfort at home. I bought a large home in August 2023. I have two propane forced air systems, one in a crawl space and the other in an attic. I also have an oil forced air system. The main concerns are (1) the properly serviced attic system that handles part of the upstairs is insufficiently sized and/or installed, (2) the crawl space system needs to be zoned as it services two different areas with distinctively different usage demands and (3) all of the systems are aging.
