THIS IS COMMISSION BASED! 20% COMMISSIONS ON VERY CLOSED DEALS! I'm seeking reliable cold callers from the USA & Canada to generate sales leads for our real estate investment company. Your main task will be to make outbound calls to potential sellers, introducing our services and gauging their interest in selling their property below market values. The goal is to identify motivated sellers and schedule appointments for our sales representatives. Key Responsibilities: - Make cold calls to leads who are real estate owners - Introduce our services, ask questions we provide with a script, qualify leads and set appointments - Update the CRM system with accurate information - Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain engagement. - Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. - Prepare and submit regular performance reports to management. - Address and overcome objections to secure appointments. Ideal Candidate: - Entry-level experience in cold calling - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record in setting appointments - Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus, but not required The position is a full-time role and the salary ranges between $1500-3000 per month, based on performance. Cold callers must use the specific CRM system provided. Cold callers will specifically target residential properties. Cold callers are expected to make 100-200 calls per day. Working hours will align with the Eastern Time Zone. Focus will be on distressed properties. The leads list will be provided by the client. Cold callers will use an industry-standard CRM system for managing leads and appointments. Training sessions include initial onboarding. Performance reports must be submitted daily. Follow-up with leads should be conducted via phone.
